How to create a report in Zoho CRM that shows comapnies that have not purchased from us with the past X months/years

I'm trying to create a report in Zoho CRM that shows which customers we haven't closed a sale with within the past 36 months, 24 months and 12 months.

Where each 'Deal' is counted as 1 regardless of the value/amount of the deal.

For example - deals clsoed last 36 months
- Customer 1 - 5 deals cloosed
- Customer 2 - 3 deals closed 
- Customer 3 - 0 deals cloosed
- Customer 4 - 1 deal closed
- Customer 5 - 0 deals closed

Then running a report to only show those with 0 deals closed (i.e. customer 3 and customer 5).
