Im trying to create a rule for the automation of filling in a specific field in the cases section.

I have 2 fields called Total Sale and Partner cut. I have now created a third field called Our cut.

Now im trying to somehow get a rule that counts from previous/upcoming cases the Our cut field

automatically. It is simple to count as Our Cut=Total Sales-Partner Cut.

I just dont want to do this manually since we have already about 1000 past cases.

Can someone tell me how to make rule that also fills in the previous cases.
