We have a call center in our corporation with 3 operators (3 users). A rule that we want to establish is that every new lead that arrives automatically by the web form (on module lead) must be assigned to the user who previously managed it (as a contact or as opportunity) In other words: 1. If the lead was never in the CRM must be assigned to the administrator user (a user x) 2. If the lead entering the CRM , and previosly it has already created by a contact and has an opportunity asisgend to owner "Y", this new lead must be assigned to user "Y" 3. If the lead entering the Crm , and this created as a contact must be assigned to the user whose owner that contact. Note : We indicating that a record is already in the CRM provided by electronic mail. Email is the primary field as a validation
