How to create custom view in contact that associate with fields in potential

I have created 2 custom fields inside potential

1.status, which is either active or inactive.

2.service, A or B.

How can I create a view in Contact to only show contacts meet these 2 fields?

eg. contacts of potentials with Active status and want service B
