I'm new working whit zoho ( CRM ) and i have some problems trying configured it. So maybe you guys can help me here.
I want to customize / change the name for the label inside leads but the only thing that it let me do, is change the Pick List Values. I have try to go the the help button but there they tell this :
To edit custom fields
Click Setup > Customization > Fields.
Module refers to the Leads, Accounts, Contacts, etc. tabs.
Select the module from the drop-down list.
All the existing fields in the selected module will be listed.
Click the Edit link for the corresponding field that you want to edit.
But the only thing that I can do there is change the Pick List Values.
I try to look for Custom fields and this is what them say :
To add custom fields
Log in to Zoho CRM with Administrator's privileges.
Click Setup > Customization > Fields.
Select the module from the drop-down list and click New Custom Field.
The problem is that the NEW CUSTOM FIELD don't appear .
Can any body help me please ? Thank you
