How to create email address redirects on Zoho?

Hi there:

I have been a free member for many years. We plan to move all our email to Zoho and become a paying customer.

However, I cannot find any way of creating redirects, or aliases. For example, we might have a staff member who has requested that all their work email goes to their private Gmail. That person would not require any storage space here on Zoho.

Please could someone advise how I can set this up?

We will have, of course, many legitimate emailboxes with Zoho (29 at last count across multiple domains).
