How to create reporting that tracks sales KPI's for openers and closers?

We are upgrading our sales team to include openers and I need to be able to create reporting that allows me to measure the effectiveness of them, as well as our closers. Our sales process takes about 20 minutes, and typically people don't come back to buy.

My objective is to create a sales leader board for each group. The openers need to qualify leads and confirm if they would like a quote. Then they'll pass the qualified leads off to closers to present a quote and attempt to convert them into customers.

What is the best way to do this within Zoho?
