I never subscribed to Zoho Portal services and now I received 2 emails. I already opened a topic about the 1st one to ask how to deactivate it but nobody posted a single answer. I updated the thread, but nothing yet. I received today an email telling me
"Dear xxxx,
Your portal xxxxx has
been deleted due to inactivity. You can request for your data backup
from the link given below. This backup will be available for 30 days after which it will be permanently deleted."
and I thought it was about the topic I created on the forum, so I asked it to be saved, and then I realized it was about the same stupid app I never ever asked for. So now, I was wondering how can I deactivate that service.
