
Hello,
I had a user by my domain in ZohoMail, but the user ID or account ID for that user was set before her and was not appropriate for her, so I decided to release her existing email ID from it current zoho account and use this email ID for new Zoho Account.
But as a super admin, I couldn't create mail box for an user under "info@mydomain.com". It is saying that "the email address already exits"
When I go to the Control Panel --> Mail Administration--> Mail accounts, there are 2 accounts like "info@mydomain.com"
I want to delete previous one and create new one.
Please help me asap, I am wasting a lot of my time because of this..
