Hi there,
I'm in a bit of a predicament and need help. I'm in the process of migrating from Google Apps, and I only have a single user registered under email account
info(at)mightydevelopment.co.za.
I created a new Zoho account for a startup company I recently joined, and I used the "Login with Google" prompt which used the email ID
info(at)mightydevelopment.co.za. I then created a user with email ID
renier(at)mightydevelopment.co.za
and I also added the domain that I own
mightydevelopment.co.za.
What I wanted to do first is to create a group to catch emails coming to the existing
info(at)mightydevelopment.co.za, but the system wouldn't allow the name 'info', as it was already associated with the login email address I used during the "Sign in with Google" step.
I think this is where I messed up, because I went ahead and deleted the 'info' email ID leaving the user I created in Zoho with only the
renier(at)mightydevelopment.co.za. Now, after signing out, I'm unable to log back into Zoho with that account.
Since I already have a personal Zoho account (the one I'm using to post this), I figured I would just forget about the account I just created and add the domain to this account. But the Zoho system wouldn't let me because the domain already exists now that I have added it previously.
PLEASE help me get out of this. Currently, my organization only has the one email address available and I can't really afford to not have access to it, as we're waiting for some crucial startup-related email responses.
Can someone please remove the domain association from the account mentioned above so that I can add it to the latter instead.
I hope I made sense.
