I migrated from Google Apps to Zoho. In Google Apps all the labels were converted to folders within Zoho. If I understand correctly, during the migration process if labels were used in Google then duplicate entries would be created in Zoho. The same email in a folder and a duplicate entry within the Inbox. Is that correct? If I delete all the folders (except Inbox - can't do that anyway) which in turn deletes the emails, I still have those emails within the Inbox folder? Correct? The emails in the inbox folder not tagged accordingly, but at least still there.
I've done some random checking for duplicates but I'd at least like to know that it is in fact safe to delete the folders but not lose any emails.
If I tag the emails contained in the various folders, then delete all the emails from the Inbox folder, then go back to the folders and move all the emails to the Inbox folder, then delete all the folders, then I shouldn't lose any emails, is that correct?
Is there another way to deal with duplicate emails?
