We have reached our limit of allowed email templates (100).  So, I want to delete some older templates.  I have looked and looked -- in the system, but I can't find anything that would let me delete, and in the knowledge base and on the web, but I can't find any articles about deleting the email templates!  Please share this secret magic trick with me!
