How to display all added sections?

How to display all added sections?

Hi, can you also tell me how to display added sections in my page? I've added 8 additional sections to "Cases" but they do not display on the case page (only the three original sections which I've also renamed.). When I follow the instructions for editing the page layout, the new sections are not listed in the drag and drop window, only the original items are listed (Open Activities, Closed Activities and Attachments). Please help  and thank you so much!!!
