Hi all,

I am relatively new to Zoho CRM so please bear with me if this is a stupid question. I have looked for an answer in the forum but couldn't find it.

I am trying to keep record of the products my company sold to our customers (contacts). For each product they bought, I want to keep a record of the product S/N which is unique for each customer, and a few other fields like production date etc...

In order to keep this many to many relationship, I created a linking module that will connect products to contacts and it contains all the fields I need. I also created a multi-select lookup on the contact record where I can add as many products from my products module as I want per contact.

Now - I would like to display all the linking module fields on my contact record so I will be able to update the S/N for each product they bought but this is where I get stuck. I couldn't find any help on how to display the entire linkin module content on my contact record.

Is it possible to do? Can you please help?
