How to display email field on survey end page?

How to display email field on survey end page?

Hi,

I'm preparing a survey as a game. I would like most people to play and only at the end of the game to get their full result by email.
I didn't find any way to do that in survey. Is it possible ?
The thing is the end page doesn't seem to have a lot of option except the usual "insert variable" or "link".

Is anyone Has tried this before?
