How to do SMS Integration?

Hi!

I e-mailed support@zohocrm.com but unfortunately didn't get any response yet. So I was hoping that maybe someone here in the community knows this:

I can't do this with workflow function and blueprint. I'm thinking this can be done through custom button using widget, but I'm not really sure. So I would like to ask an advise for possible solutions.

This is what I'm trying to do... sending and Tracking Text Mesages to Contacts/Leads:

1. In the Leads/Contacts module view page, a Send SMS button is available. This will enable the user to send SMS to the lead/contact.

2. When the button is clicked, a pop up window will appear (just like the Send Email button). Here, the user may type in his message and then send it.

We can't use twilio extension in the marketplace, since we will be using our own SMS provider. I would also like to ask on how can we connect our own SMS provider.

Are there any available tutorials about this? I tried searching but didn't get any luck.
