I've been a big ZohoCRM fun. But I seriously start to map the possibilities of migration to hosted MS CRM.

The reason? The key campaign management functionality is still missing....

Our situation:

1. We have thousands of customers and prospects divided into Segments by multichoice field of Account.
2. If we want to select contacts for the particular Campaign we must do the manual selection from the "long list" of Contacts belonging to the Accounts from the particular Segment.
3. As a result, we have hundreads of contacts "Selected" and being addressed by the campaign, tens of "Out of office" and "Doesn'nt exists" replies to be processed further and hundreads of "Non selected".

I've found no way, how to do it in ZohoCRM.

• You cannot filter Contact View by attribute of Acccount (field Segment) to be able to switch the filtered "long list" to ZohoSheet and do the selection there.
• You can filter Contact Report by attribute of Acccount (field Segment), but it's not feasible to manually select hundreds of Contacts for Campaign in this way.
• Contact list at Campaign form is useless for this - no ability to filter and sort by account attibutes, see just 10 records etc.

Is there any usable solution??
