Hi,

I have two forms, Self Appraisal Form & Managers Appraisal Form.

In Self Appraisal Form - User X will enter the required details and uploads a supporting document to it.

In Managers Appraisal Form - User Y will check the details entered by User X and should download the supporting document uploaded.

Pl help me with some code/script to make this possible.
