I'm trying to set up Zoho CRM solution in start up according to our sales process.

I was wondering whether i can duplicate data from account to prospect by just changing a field/parameter on the account's page.

Let me be clearer :

I added a status field onto each account to qualify the sales status of each company we're dealing with. When I change the status field of a lead to be an "active prospect", I would like that action to duplicate the account into the prospect category so that I can follow all my active prospects in real time (obviously under the prospect category). 

Hope I'm being clear enough.

I'm stuck with that problem without finding any solution.  Could you please help me to solve that?
