How to edit a use information through mail?

Hi,

I have a form and I am filling the user information myself. After that I want to mail the form to the user (to the email address that I have filled myself and with the ID section hidden) and ask if he wants to edit any of the information. If the user edits any information and mails the form to me, I want the data in the database to be edited automatically according to the hidden ID mentioned in the emailed form.

Is this possible at all?
