How to email the information of the user for editing?

Hello,

I build a form where editing is disabled. I want to make a simple form where the user submits his Email ID in a field and submits it. After that I want the whole information related to the submitted email address to be mailed to him with a link. When the user clicks the link, he shall see his info in the 'edit record' format in an iframe where his changes will be automaticaly edited in the database.

Is this possible,
