How to enable Multi currency

I would like to activate the Multi-Currency option. I have the administration profile but when I go to
Setup -> Organization Settings I have no currency page or other section to enable Multi-currency.

Under Setup -> Organization Settings > Company Details, I have a field "Local Currency" where I can select only a country name :

How can I manage to display the "currency" page mentioned in the link below to activate multi-currencies & add home currency ?
