I want to Enable only one value in Radio button field.

Say for example - I have 2  Live forms : Employee_Info forms & Beuro 

I have an Employee_Info Live Form , Attributes

                                  -- Employee ID                 [ Number ]

                                  -- Employee Name           [ Single Line ]

                                  -- Gender                         ( Radio field)

                                  --  DOB                            [DATE]

Another Live Form : Marriage Beuro

                              -- Look up fields for (Employee ID), Emplyee Name, Gender

                              -- Age.

So here, when  I will select Employee Id (Lookup) , only the corresponding Gender should enable and other one should be disable.

Is it possible to do ??
