How to Enforce Mandatory Fields (Category/Sub-category) Before Closing a Ticket?

Hi,

I'm currently using Zoho Desk and encountering an issue where agents are able to close tickets without filling out mandatory fields, specifically Category and Sub-category.

I’ve already set them both as a mandatory field, but it can still be bypassed when closing tickets that are in the queue.

What we need is a way to enforce these fields before a ticket can be closed.

Ideally, this should prevent tickets from being closed until the required fields are completed.

We’ve explored Blueprints, but it feels like an over-complicated solution for what should be a straightforward requirement. Is there a simpler way to achieve this?
