How to enter note or task on large number of contact at once

How to enter note or task on large number of contact at once

Since the mass email limits your ability to send emails (250). I had to use a different bulk email program to send out a recently email blast.

Trouble is I would like to record this on all contacts.

Is there a way to do a mass update to add a note or task to all contacts with emails at one time?

Anyone have any suggestions?
