I'm sure you want to stay on top of things and keep a tab on revenue flow and also forecast future revenue. Most of the business decisions are based on this data.
In recent times, we have been making constant upgrades to our Dashboards module. Today we would be using Dashboards to help us get this data.
Click on the Dashboards module in Zoho CRM. You'll find this under ''Analytics''. Click on Add Component.
Click on ''Comparator ' component and select 'Year wise Comparison' style as we are comparing the revenue for the last 2 quarters.
Enter the name for your Component and refer the below images to select the "Compare Among" options.
Now, click on "Add Parameter", select metric as Deals module with "Sum of Amount" and the date field as "Closing Date". Mention the criteria filter as "Stage is Closed Won" as we would only need this Dashboard for Closed Deals.
You would be able to view the component created under Dashboards module as shown in the below image. You have the option Edit Dashboard and Embed the URL on a website as well.
