How to export all the hierarchical project elements (project, milestones, tasklists, tasks)?

I am trying to export an overview in excel, with all hierarchical elements of a project. I managed to export a list of milestones, and also a list of tasks. But the tasks were just in a continuous list, without the assignment to a task list or milestone. Is there a way to export all the hierarchy? When googling, I saw that I should export from the project view, but that view does not give me the option export, just import... If this does not work, Zoho may not be the right choice for me.
