How to force language?

Hello, after installing new version SP2 I would like to know how can i force Virtual Office's interface to be in another language, because I find the spanish translation very poor and special characters are not properly displayed. I assume Virtual Office detects Windows language and adapts the interface to it but i would like to force languages because in installation. My interest is to get the interface working in english and input and store data in spanish (I expect the new version fixed international chars issue).
