How to force the REPLY-TO address to auto-match the FROM address (when composing an email); and auto-match the SENT-TO address (when replying to a received email)?

How do you force the REPLY-TO address to auto-match the FROM address (when composing an email); and auto-match the SENT-TO address (when replying to a received email)?

This is a standard feature elsewhere. It's annoying to have to select both all the time, and risky if you forget to do it.

How do you fix this?
