How to forward a new email address to the CRM?

How to forward a new email address to the CRM?

Several times now I have received an email from someone I want to connect with in the future but cannot see the email address anywhere in order to copy it and paste it into another app.

Is this possible in Zoho??

So far what I have done for the important ones, is to forward it to my gmail account which I read in Thunderbird and it is all laid out right in front of me there.
