How to generate reports that include Notes information
I use a telemarketing company which does not have access to my instance of Zoho and are not interested in getting it.
Therefore I need to extract information from Zoho in the form of a report about leads I need them to follow up and send it to them. Extracting contact details is no problem, but I really need to include notes from previous calls to them also. Is there any way the information captured in the Notes can be extracted in a report?
