HOW TO GET CONDITONAL VALUE FOR A FIELD

Dear All,

I have one Form in which fields are as Name, State, Mobile No. etc...

I have done successfully 50 records.

Now I have second form As Message in which fields are State, Message, MobileNo

First I have select State as Maharashtra, After that I want MobileNo (Text fields) as 9876543210,900000000,800000000 etc.

How to get in the value of field MobileNo. for State = Maharashtra in the New form Message

All Mobile = 987654321,9000000000,8000000000,7000000000,6000000000,5000000000,4000000000,3000000000

please Help Me. I am working for NGO in India.
