Hi,

We have various problems sending email out of Zoho CRM. (marked as spam, bouncing etc...)

Is there a way we can be notified when an email bounces? I know you can enable the little bell icon to notify when an email has bounced, but that means we have to login to the CRM. 

Is there a workaround for this? Ideally - if an email has bounced - we want to get emailed to notify us, so that we can email them from outside of the CRM.
