How to get password for added users ??

How to get password for added users ??

I'm using free edition to try the usage of zoho crm before i buy it,
but i've got a problem here...

I was succesfully add a user but how did I know the password for the user??
I've try to reset the password too, but there was no e-mail sent to the user's e-mail account (I've check the user's e-mail account myself).



What should I do?? Help...
