Hi All,

Does anyone have any experience on how one can get a spreadsheet from WordPress that can then be imported to SalesIQ resouces. I want to set up a Hybrid codeless chatbot using Chat GPT, but as usual the support given via SalesIQ was basically links to info which just leave me more confused. I asked if there were videos, tutorials, or a previously recorded webinar, but those inquiries went unanswered. 

I have found where I can import and downloaded a sample spreadsheet, but so far my exports from WordPress have HTML along with the text but I would imagine that will cause problems. 

It seems to me that if you have a plug in for WordPress as SalesIQ does, why is there not functionality there to add or access texts from my site?

I hope someone can guide me on best practice here.
