With all the integration available between Zoho Books and Zoho CRM, what we want to do does not seem to be possible through the native integration.o 

Currently, we have information from Woocommerce sync with Zoho Books. This functionality recreates the payments in Zoho Payments & Invoices for us, which is awesome and saves us a ton of accounting hours.

Now we need to make sure our sales associates have access to these invoices via CRM (NOT BOOKS). We don't want the sales associate to go outside of the CRM to get the invoice info. We also can not map Woocommerce to the Zoho Fiance Module in CRM.

What we would like to do is generate the link in Zoho Books upon creation of the invoice and then send that link to the CRM and have it search either by email or a Client ID and attached the invoice link inside a field in the record. 

This would give our sales team quick access to the invoice when speaking with the client without them having to fumble their way over to Zoho Books.

We know how to generate the invoice on Zoho Books side via a function, but how d we send this info to CRM so that it updates the record for the correct contact based on email address or client ID.
