I'm trying to figure out a solution where one of our client changed it's name and email domain. For now, we have 2 entries for the former and new entity. and add a note on both, about the name change. We did this primarily because we still have open orders with the former.
Is there a way we could merge the 2 entity and keep the mail with the 2 domains ? Or is there a "best practice" for this case ?
