Hi. I am quite new to Zoho CRM. I have tried the pro version, but I cannot handle the following need.
I sell annual services. I'd like to know when a service is going to expire and send an email to my clients, or a report to me so that I can contact them.
Is it possible to do this with Zoho CRM? What version do I need?
