We would like to have email BCC'd into Zoho CRM counted as Activities (Tasks, Emails, Calls, etc). Is there way to accomplish this? Or set up a custom formula so a BCC'd email automatically creates an Activity?

We need this feature so our activities reporting accurately reflects what our sales team is working on.
