i would like to know how to make it so a row does not appear in a view when the user does not enter data in a field.

for example: if I have an employment application form, and have 3 sections for information pertaining to the applicants previous employers, and the applicant only enters data for 1 of his previous employers, I want the fields that the applicant did not enter any data NOT to display on in the view.

How do i do this?
