How to hit a URL/Webhook on converting a lead into a Contact in Zoho CRM?

Hi, 
we want to hit a URL or want to use webhook when Lead Owner converts Lead into contact.
If yes, how can we do that?
Is it possible through workflow or some other method to do this?

Any help will be appreciated.
