How to I change the default email program in CRM

We have migrated our email hosting to Zoho and employ Zoho mail. however, in the CRM when we select a clients email address outlook opens a new window to create the email. How can I change this so that the ZOHO mail window opens by default instead?

I want to use ZOHO mail. I would rather not use the very basic email writer that pops up if you scroll to the "send email" section of the contact. that program is very limited.
