how to import from notebooks/notes other applications?

how to import from notebooks/notes other applications?

Hello all,
I switched from evernote to joplin using my SOHO nas and I'm pretty fine.
But joplin usage is more intended for developers: who can write the markdown for a table on a android phone whithout wasting lots of time?
Now I would like to try Zoho notebooks.
I can export from Joplin to these formats:
  1. JEX (joplin native format)
  2. MD - markdown
  3. MD - markdown + front matter
  4. HTML - html folder
  5. PDF -  PDF file (not so useful here...).
Does Zoho allow me to import notes in these formats (or at least html or markdown)?
Thanks in advance for any suggestion.
