I'd like to know if it's possible to add or reduce the number of columns in a form based on the value of one (or more) fields from another form. The idea would be to be able to have a form with date columns that would vary according to the company's accounting.

For example, for a given year, the number of columns would be 12 months, so the value of the field would be 12 and the number of columns in the form created would contain the 12 months in question. But for another year, it could be 14 months.
