How to Insert data In dropdown - Next step

Thanks for your help. It's working well. But now I have a 2 more questions:

1) Can we add permanent picture on form. For looking only.

2) Can I have dropdown choices according to my previous selection?

For example. In my case i have (client/Project/part)

So i'd like since i picked one client, my next box will propose me only the projects of this client. ( Not all the project I have imported in the past)
