How to insert images?

I would like to insert images i have stored on Zoho documents to my email templates. However, the option is not available, only from desktop or computer. I send emails from multiple computers and would need to be able to access images. I thought the solution would be to store them in Zoho and then add to emails/templates as needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
