How to install mail magnet?
Apologies if this is a really stupid question but I just can't seem to figure it out...
I am brand new to Zoho CRM and loving it at the moment. We uploaded our leads into the CRM and already got several opportunities and a sale..! Everything is easier and I especially like that my sales rep can go to a lead and click the send mail button and the email is send from within the CRM - perfect!
In the getting started youtube video on Zoho CRM it shows a mail magnet icon next to the search box? It shows when mail has come in and someone has responded. Also allows for instant replies note/task creation. I am looking to get the same thing.. I want mail magnet. How do I get this?
I spoke to Zoho live chat and all they said was: Go to https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/zoho-mail and then there were no more further responses to my question. Very strange.
Anybody here that knows how to make the mail magnet appear and work for myself and other users alike? Thanks a million!
