How to integrate Outlook live with Zoho CRM?

Hi, we want to know how to integrate outlook live account with zoho crm?
We want to sync both these so that if we send email from zoho crm, it should also listed in outlook and vise versa.

How can we do this?

Further we want to ask How to integrate Microsoft Outlook with zoho crm using Outlook Plug-in?
I can't make account in outlook with email as myName@gmail.com.

How can we do this?
Is it possible to add gmail account in outlook?
