How to integrate POP gmail accounts with CRM and only store customer/sales related mail in CRM
We are a small business and would like to store all incoming and outgoing mail with leads and customers in CRM.
Each employee has their own personalized gmail account (we do not use sales@company.com f.e.). But because we all have a lot mail that is not sales related, how do we prevent that these mails end up in CRM? (f.e. mail between colleagues that are not customer/sales related).
Our accounts are setup as POP accounts.
When an employee leaves the company, we still want to have access to the mail correspondence that that employee had with customers and leads, in CRM.
What is the best way to do this?
