So I have this code but it doesn't work.

So this code is supposed to convert numbers into dialable links for Shoretel, but it doesn't seem to work and it states that the variables are not defined like phone and country. The shoretel web dialer extension usually turns numbers orange right when you install it and checkmark web dialer links. But for zoho crm, it doesnt seem to highlight any of it and im not sure why
